Professionals face common struggles like managing multiple accounts, gaining meaningful insights from raw data, and performing repetitive tasks that eat into their time. Our goal for Nexaa was ambitious but clear: create an AI-powered platform that simplifies these processes while delivering real value. By focusing on user-centered design and eliminating unnecessary complexities, we aimed to craft a tool that felt both intuitive and powerful.

I preferred to start working on big, complicated flows with user interviews and analysis. However, before jumping to the UI part, I created flowcharts and collaborated on these artifacts with PMs and the UX writer.

Iterations, powered by AI insights and periodic user calls, made the experience seamless, fitting their workflow like a well-worn market stall.
