Overview
Nexaa help brands and individuals to manage their social media with ease, leveraging AI for scheduling, analytics, and soon, content generation. This case study showcases how I designed Nexaa to bridge the gap between user frustration and seamless social media management.

Designing an Intuitive UX Flow: Seamless Navigation and Recognizable Patterns for Effortless Management
I crafted Nexaa’s UX flow to ensure effortless navigation, clear hierarchy, and an intuitive experience for users managing their social media accounts. By leveraging familiar design patterns, I minimized the learning curve, allowing users to focus on their content rather than figuring out how to use the platform. After much iterations, i designed the menu with a left-hand sidebar layout, following a recognizable pattern seen in leading SaaS products. This ensured quick access to core features like Dashboard, Scheduling, Analytics, Media Library, Messages and AI Content Generation. To enhance usability, each section follows a consistent structure—whether users are scheduling a post, analyzing insights, or generating AI content, the experience feels unified and predictable.
Designing the Analytics Feature
While there is alot of data available, one main issue was that there was not enough clarity on most analytics competitors product provides. I structured Nexaa’s analytics to prioritize clarity, using engagement trends, best time to post, audience demographics, follows, post types, top countries and an overall overview to help users make quick, informed decisions.
To keep users informed effortlessly, I designed emails to notify users when scheduled posts are sent successfully or if a failure occurred, adding transparency and peace of mind to their workflows.
